Return Policy

We put great care into what we do and we also care about our customers! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 14 days and ship it within 20 days. We’ll refund the full cost of the item. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If you find your purchase to be not quite right for you, please email us at quoting your order number. We will then send you the return address and instructions.

Returned orders must be postmarked within 14 days from receiving day. Because we are a small craft company, it is especially important that goods are returned to us in pristine condition.

Once goods are returned in perfect condition we will process a refund. It may take up to 10 working days to see the refund on your bank or Jazz cash account (depending on the available payment method).

Please make sure your returned goods are unused and in their original packaging.

If you find our product damaged or not in right condition you can contact us at our Whatsapp +923096144985 immediately after receiving or within 24 to 48 hours for replacement. We’ll manage replacement with a new product in 2-4 business days. (Don’t worry it would be one case in thousand as we pack with care after inspection)

We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and recommend that you use a tracked delivery service when returning your order.

Please note that order shipping costs are non-refundable.
