Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Open Before Payment (No Charges Return)
We offer an “open before payment” option for your convenience.
- You may open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery rider before making payment.
- If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the rider.
- No charges will apply in this case.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wolf.pk.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
- Alternatively, you may return the item in person if an outlet is available in your city.
- Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order.
